RESOLUTION NO. 25-24
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO
WALTER'S RECYCLING & REFUSE, INC.
WHEREAS, Walter's Recycling & Refuse, Inc., located in Blaine, Minnesota, has applied
for a solicitor license to allow Adam Chier and Adam Paulson to solicit within the City of Lino
Lakes; and
WHEREAS, Walter's Recycling & Refuse, Inc. has complied with the provisions of Chapter
613 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license, except for payment which is
pending approval of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Walter's Recycling & Refuse, Inc. to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a
period of six (6) months, effective March 1, 2025 through August 31, 2025, contingent upon
payment and maintenance of all conditions of the license.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of February 2025.
