CITY OF LINO LAKES
ORDINANCE NO. 03-25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 218 OF CITY CODE
RELATING TO CANNABIS BUSINESS REGISTRATION FEES
The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains:
Section 1. Chapter 218.01 (3) Business and miscellaneous is hereby amended to add the
following fees:
Cannabis Retail Registration Fee (Initial Application) 500.00
Cannabis Retail Registration Fee (Renewal) $1,000.00
Lower Potency Hemp Retailer (Initial Application) 250.00
Lower Potency Hemp Retailer (Renewal) 250.00
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10' day of March, 2024.
