RESOLUTION NO. 25-21
RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT AND
AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR THE
135E/CRJ INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the County Road J and 135E Interchange is planned for reconstruction in 2025; and
WHEREAS, the roadways of Interstate (1) 35E, Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) and Ash
Street (CR J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd are under the jurisdiction of multiple agencies including the
City of Lino Lakes, the City of North Oaks, Anoka County and Ramsey County and the Minnesota
Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the right-of-way under the jurisdiction of Lino Lakes is proposed to be
transferred to Ramsey County for purposes of establishing a County State Aid Highway;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that
the City Council hereby approves the Permanent Right of Way Agreement with Ramsey County,
and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
