RESOLUTION NO. 25-46
RESOLUTION APPROVING JAVA LINO LAKES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on April 14, 2025 the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-45 approving
Java Lino Lakes final plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Development Agreement between Java Lino Retail 2.0, LLC. and the City of Lino
Lakes for Java Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement
on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of April, 2025.
