RESOLUTION NO. 25-60
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I
FOR 2025 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-19 of the Council adopted on February 10, 2025, awarding
the contract for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project to GMH Asphalt in the amount of
$1,197,031.00; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$22,068.85; and
WHEREAS, 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project contract with GMH Asphalt with Change Order No.
1 would be increased to $1,219,099.95;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $22,068.85.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12t" day of May 2025.
