RESOLUTION NO. 25-34
APPROVING 1ST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MNSPECT, LLC
WHEREAS, the City entered into a professional services agreement with MnSpect, LLC in
2020 to provide Building Inspection services on an as needed basis to support City staff; and
WHEREAS, to provide redundancy, with the inspections department and maintain service
levels during peak business periods the City is proposing to the services available for use; and
WHEREAS, MnSpect, LLC has proposed to provide back up Building Official and
Commercial Plan review services
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
I" Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with MnSpect, LLC is hereby approved,
and City staff is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
