Authorize Professional Services Agreement for the Shenandoah Stormwater
Quality Improvement Project
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that itwould beinthe best interest nfthe City to
proceed with the preparation ofplans and specifications for the Shenandoah Stornnvvater
Quality Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the Shenandoah Stornnvvater Improvements will benefit stVrnovvater
discharges to Rice Lake, a MPCAinnpa\red water body; and
WHEREAS, VV3B, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and
specifications for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
l. Authorizes preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Shenandoah
5tornnvvaterQuality Improvement Project.
Z. VVS8\sdesignated asthe engineer for this improvement and directed toprepare
pans and specification for anamount not exceed $58,500
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of
3025.
