RESOLUTION NO. 25-58
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2025
TRUNK WATERMAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to
proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project;
and
WHEREAS, the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project will loop the City's water system from the
Watermark Development to the future system on the east side of 135E; and
WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and
specifications for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Trunk
Watermain Project.
2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the 2025 Trunk Watermain Project for an amount not to
exceed $37,200.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of May, 2025.
