RESOLUTION NO. 25-70
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB TO PREPARE
WETLAND BANK PROSPECTUS
WHEREAS, the City's 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies the establishment of wetland
banks to assist with natural resource protection and as a priority to implement the goals of the
City's Local Water Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City is acquiring property located at 7473 241h Avenue for the purpose of
establishing a wetland bank, and
WHEREAS, a Prospectus document was prepared for the proposed project as part of the
approval process; and
WHEREAS, the next phase of the project includes the preparation of the Mitigation
Banking Instrument (MBI) and full wetland bank plan for the site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Professional Services agreement with WSB and Associates is hereby approved and authorizes
staff to execute the agreement for the work in the amount of $79,294.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of May, 2025.
