RESOLUTION NO. 25-72
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, TEST WELL NO. 7113
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Test Well No. 713
located at the Water Treatment Plant site, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, the low quote was submitted by Traut Companies of St. Joseph, Minnesota,
in the amount of $107,270.00; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through the Area & Unti Trunk Fund; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Traut Companies for the construction of the Test Well No. 7B in the amount of
$107,270.00;
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of May, 2025.
