RESOLUTION NO. 25-76
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO
BRIAN BURTH INSURANCE AGENCY, INC.
WHEREAS, Brian Burth Insurance Agency, Inc., located at 2340 County Road J., White
Bear Twp., MN 55110 has applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to
solicit within the City of Lino Lakes:
1. Brian Burth
2. Reid Klund
WHEREAS, Brian Burth Insurance Agency, Inc., has complied with the provisions of Chapter
613 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license, and a background check is
pending.
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Brian Burth Insurance Agency, Inc. to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a
period of six (6) months, for a license term completely within the year 2025, contingent upon a
successful background check and maintenance of all conditions of the license.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of May 2025.
