Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Police Department Strategic Implementation Plan <br />The Chief of Police presented a PowerPoint presentation overviewing the proposed <br />Police Department Strategic Implementation Plan. <br />The Interim Finance Director presented a PowerPoint with financial information related <br />to the options outlined within the plan. <br />This was presented for the information of the City Council and future meetings will be <br />scheduled to take formal action on the recommendations. <br />4. Fire Department Strategic Implementation Plan <br />The Fire Chief presented a PowerPoint presentation overviewing the proposed Fire <br />Department Strategic Implementation Plan. <br />The Interim Finance Director presented a PowerPoint with financial information related <br />to the options outlined within the plan. <br />This was presented for the information of the City Council and future meetings will be <br />scheduled to take formal action on the recommendations. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
