Staff Members Present: Interim City Administrator Dave Pecchia, Karen Anderson, City Clerk
Roberta Colotti, Interim Finance Director Kelly Horn, Chief of Police Curt Boehme, Police Officer
Bob Strub, Fire Chief Dan L'Allier, and Fire Lieutenant Brian Finke.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. Police Department Strategic Implementation Plan
The Chief of Police presented a PowerPoint presentation overviewing the proposed
Police Department Strategic Implementation Plan.
The Interim Finance Director presented a PowerPoint with financial information related
to the options outlined within the plan.
This was presented for the information of the City Council and future meetings will be
scheduled to take formal action on the recommendations.
4. Fire Department Strategic Implementation Plan
The Fire Chief presented a PowerPoint presentation overviewing the proposed Fire
Department Strategic Implementation Plan.
The Interim Finance Director presented a PowerPoint with financial information related
to the options outlined within the plan.
This was presented for the information of the City Council and future meetings will be
scheduled to take formal action on the recommendations.
