ORDINANCE NO. 06-25
REPEALING CITY CODE CHAPTER 208: PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains:
Repeal of CitV Code Chapter 208
Section 1:
The City of Lino Lakes City Council hereby repeals City Code Chapter 208: Public Safety
Department, in its entirety. The City Council has adopted separate ordinances to establish a
Police Department and Fire Department to replace the combined Public Safety Department
functions.
ADOPTED by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27t" day of May, 2025.
