1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. Announcement
Mayor Rafferty announced that Pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.03 Closed
Meetings for Labor Negotiations Strategy, the Lino Lakes City Council meeting will be
closed this evening, June 4, 2025, at 6 p.m. to consider strategy for labor negotiations,
including negotiations strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor
negotiation proposals and the meeting shall be held in the Community Room at City
Hall.
4. Closed Session
Motion to go into Closed Session Pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.03
Closed Meetings for Labor Negotiations Strategy, to discuss the LELS Local #260 and
Local #299, police union contracts.
