RESOLUTION NO. 25-29
APPROVING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT
IN THE CITIES OF LINO LAKES, MN AND SHOREVIEW, MN
WHEREAS, 435 Ash Street, Lino Lakes, MN is connecting to the City of Shoreview's
municipal utilities; and
WHEREAS, Joint Powers Agreement is required to address the maintenance, connection
fees and use charges. Minn. Stat. § 471.59 authorizes political subdivisions of the state to enter
into joint powers agreements for the joint exercise of powers common to each; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes the Joint Powers
Agreement Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement in the Cities of Lino Lakes and Shoreview is
approved.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of March, 2025.
