RESOLUTION NO. 25-143
APPROVAL OF HAMPTON ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on October 13, 2025 the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-142
approving Hampton Addition final plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Development Agreement between Hampton Properties VIII, LLC and the City of
Lino Lakes for Hampton Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such
agreement on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of October, 2025.
