RESOLUTION NO.25-129
ADOPTING THE 2026 PRELIMINARY LEVY
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes grant local governments authority to levy property
taxes to finance the operations of the local jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes annually levies property taxes to finance general
operating costs and annual debt service on outstanding indebtedness; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the 2026 preliminary levy and must certify it
to Anoka County on or before September 30, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
following be levied for taxes payable 2026:
