RESOLUTION NO. 25-127
APPROVING AN INTERFUND TRANSFER FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE PARK & TRAIL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes may direct that money held in any fund or
account may be transferred to another fund or account of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes desires to transfer a sum of $90,000 from the
General Fund to the Park & Trail Improvement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City's Fund Balance Policy indicates the General Fund is to maintain 40 —
50% of the General Fund operating expenditures in its Unassigned General Fund Balance; and
WHEREAS, the City's Unassigned General Fund balance is above the desired range per
its policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
directs its Finance Director to transfer funds totaling $90,000 from the General Fund (101) to the
Park & Trail Improvement Fund (425).
