16 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Workroom at Lino Lakes
17 City Hall.

19 The meeting was convened as a closed session of the city council pursuant to the Open
20 Meeting Law for the express purpose of discussing assessment mediation (attorney client
21 privilege).

23 The meeting was not recorded as allowed under state statute.

25 The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.

27 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
