Director Tracy Thoma, Human Resources and Communications Manager Meg Sawyer,
Community Development Director Mike Grochala, Chief of Police Curt Boehme and Fire Chief
Dan L'Allier.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. November Meeting Schedule
The City Clerk presented a request to start the November 24th Work Session at 5:30 p.m.
Council Consensus
It was the consensus of the City Council to schedule the November 24th Work Session to
begin at 5:30 p.m.
4. Review Regular Agenda
The City Council reviewed the regular agenda.
In review of the new meeting order, as adopted by City Code, Mayor Rafferty requested
a formatting change to the agenda design, which was confirmed by the full Council. The
amendment was to remove the numbering for the Special Presentations and Public
Comment sections.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:12 p.m.
