Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. <br />The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to the Canvass Board Members. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. 2025 Election Results <br />The City Clerk presented the November 4, 2025 Municipal Election Results. <br />Motion to approve the November 4, 2025, Municipal General Election abstracts as <br />presented. <br />RESULT: <br />CARRIED [5-0] <br />MOVER: <br />Ruhland <br />SECONDER: <br />Cavegn <br />AYES: <br />Rafferty, Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland and Stoesz <br />NAYS: <br />None <br />4.
