1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to the Canvass Board Members.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. 2025 Election Results
The City Clerk presented the November 4, 2025 Municipal Election Results.
Motion to approve the November 4, 2025, Municipal General Election abstracts as
presented.
