The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 6:38 PM. SETTING THE AGENDA The agenda was approved as presented. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS None PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Rafferty opened the public comment period. Teresa O'Connell, 1000 Main, Lino Lakes, questioned if future water rates would be a blend of costs. She asked about retention ponds and the proposed public works building. She asked that the ponds be cleared of any toxic waste when the project is built. She noted that the city website used to have a list of wells and that it has been absent for a couple of months. Mayor Rafferty stated that staff would follow up with her regarding the future water rates, water quality and question about the current wells in the community.
