RESOLUTION NO. 25-161
APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH CHIPOTLE
AT CLEARWATER COMMONS
WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a Chipotle
restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1 Block 1 Clearwater Commons;
and
WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site
performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Clearwater
Commons Lino LLC. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
such agreements on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025.
