RESOLUTION NO. 25-170
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT TO MAINTAIN SUBSURFACE STRUCTURE,
ANDALL STREET CULVERT CROSSING, BETWEEN RICE CREEK WATERSHED
DISTRICT AND CITY OF LINO LAKES
WHEREAS, the Andall Street roadway crossing over Anoka County Ditch 10-22-32 has an
existing culvert in need of replacement in order to maintain channel flow; and
WHEREAS, the channel crossing is subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek
Watershed District; and
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers conditionally approved
permit no. 25-076 for the project subject to the execution a maintenance agreement between
the City and the Watershed District.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the an Agreement to Maintain Subsurface
Structure between the Rice Creek Watershed District and City of Lino Lakes.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025.
