RESOLUTION NO. 25-173
ADOPTING THE 2026 FINAL BUDGET AND LEVY
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has developed a 2026 budget and resulting tax levy for
taxes payable 2026; and
WHEREAS, after holding budget work sessions, the City Council adopted a 2026
preliminary levy on September 22, 2025, and certified such levy to the County Auditor; and
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has continued to meet and refine the 2026 budget and levy;
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require the final adopted levy be certified to the
County Auditor on or before five working days after December 20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that a
2026 budget for the following funds be adopted as presented:
