RESOLUTION NO. 25-178
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WSB PROPOSAL FOR THE NORTHWEST WATER
SUPPLY FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has identified intermittent low-pressure concerns
within the northwest portion of the municipal water distribution system; and
WHEREAS, WSB has submitted a proposal dated November 6, 2025 to conduct a Northwest
Water Supply Feasibility Study, which includes data collection, hydrant flow testing, hydraulic
model updates, scenario analysis, cost estimating, and preparation of a final report; and
WHEREAS, all work is to be performed under the terms of the existing Professional Services
Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and WSB dated January 1, 2014; and
WHEREAS, WSB has proposed to complete the work for a not -to -exceed fee of $24,800.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
proposal submitted by WSB for the Northwest Water Supply Feasibility Study is hereby
approved, and the City Administrator is authorized to execute the documents necessary
to initiate the work.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of December, 2025.
