the Draft City Code, as follows:

For reference purposes only, this portion of the Code has been numbered at the bottom of
each page. Feel free to mark or flag the pages with questions, concerns or corrections.
There will be ongoing minor typesetting / formatting changes.
These two Code sections contain very few new corrections, and none substantive. These
reflect the current state of our ordinances, and show, for example, the sprinkling ban
ordinance passed by the Council in 2004 ( incorporated as section 401.03). Minor
changes have been made to make sections consistent, and in some cases, references to a
dollar amount have been changed to an incorporation by reference of the City Council
Fee Schedule Ordinance. Also, references to a specific revision of a governing
document (i.e., CEAM specifications) have been changed to say "as currently revised"
rather than a specific revision date, so the reference does not need to be updated with
each revision. (There is an example of this at 401.12).

Please note that two sections, 502, Dogs, and 503 Farm Animals, are still under review
by Community Development and will be provided to you separately as they are prepared.
These sections provided here reflect the current status of our ordinances and there are no
new substantive changes proposed. There are a few minor language changes.
When the Animal sections are done, there will be new changes proposed.
