RESOLUTION NO. 26-12
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
FOR THE MARKET PLACE DRIVE REALIGNMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-48 of the Council adopted on April 14, 2025, awarding the
contract for the Market Place Drive Realignment Project to Northdale Construction Company,
Inc. in the amount of $1,035,427.63 and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 6 (Final) where the final
amount for the Market Place Drive Realignment Project was 985,149.91; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
Payment Request No. 6 (Final) is approved in the amount of $24,304.39 for the Market Place
Drive Realignment Project.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January 2026.
