RESOLUTION NO. 26-13
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO.4 AND FINAL
FOR THE TEST WELL 713 DRILLING PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-72 of the Council adopted on May 27, 2025,
awarding the contract for the Test Well 713 Drilling Project to Traut Companies in the amount of
$107,270.00; and
WHEREAS, on October 13, 2025, the City Council approved change order No. 1 in the
amount of $38,177.58 which increased the total contract amount to $145,447.58; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) where the
final amount for the Test Well 76 Drilling Project was $142,767.58 and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota that Payment Request No. 4 (Final) is approved in the amount of $9,798.38 for the
Test Well 713 Drilling Project Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of
January 2026.
