The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 6:30 PM.

A. Planning & Zoning Board Meeting on Wednesday, January 14th at 6:30 p.m. at City
Hall.
B. The next City Council Work Session and Regular Meeting is on Monday, January 26th,
beginning at 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The Economic
Development Authority (EDA) will be meeting immediately following the regular
council meeting that evening.

Mayor Rafferty adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
