RESOLUTION NO. 26-14
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO
RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN
WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen, located at 1920 County Road C, Roseville, MN, has
applied for a solicitor's license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the City of
Lino Lakes and issuance of the permit shall be conditioned on a successful background check,
with no disqualifying events.
1. Marwan Sakr
2. Kossi Kagni
3. Dylan Syverson
4. Mason Rainer
5. Ethan Kessel
WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with the provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Renewal by Anderson to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six
(6) months, for a license term completely within the year 2026, contingent upon full payment of
all license fees, meeting and ongoing maintenance of all conditions of the license.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91' day of February 2026.
