RESOLUTION NO. 26-18
RESOLUTION SUBMITTING A LIST OF ELIGIBLE NOMINEES TO ANOKA COUNTY
FOR THE OPEN MANAGER POSITION ON THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
BOARD OF MANAGERS
WHEREAS, the City received NOTICE OF A VACANCY on the Rice Creek Watershed
District Board of Managers due to a resignation, for the remainder of the term which expires
January 17, 2028; and
WHEREAS, Anoka County notified the City they can submit a list of nominations to the
Anoka County Board of Commissioners per Minnesota Statute 103D.311; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to have representation on the Rice Creek
Watershed District Board of Managers; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has received interest from three individuals for the
Anoka County Board of Commissioners to consider.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota does hereby submit the following list of nominees for consideration by the Anoka
County Board of Commissioners per Minnesota Statute 103D.311 for the open manager
position on the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers.

Teresa O'Connell, 1000 Main Street, Lino Lakes, MN 55014
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of February, 2026.
