CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.26-01 <br />ESTABLISHING PRECINCT POLLING <br />LOCATIONS FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes designated polling locations for 2026 in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statute 204 B.16, subd. 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the building identified by Resolution No. 25-169, to be used for Precinct <br />#1, has been determined to be unusable due to planned reconstruction. <br />WHEREAS, an alternative site is proposed for Precinct #1 that meets all requirements to <br />host a polling site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes that the following polling locations are designated for use in calendar year 2026 and future <br />years until this resolution is superseded: <br />• Pfeeinet # Lino Takes P� T� a1dg./Seniof Genlef, 1�-- 189 Main Str-ee <br />Precinct #1 - North Springs Church, 7868 Lake Drive <br />• Precinct #2 - Lino Lakes Fire Station #1, 7741 Lake Drive <br />• Precinct #3 - St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street <br />• Precinct #4 - City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway <br />• Precinct #5 - Rice Creek Covenant Church, 125 Ash Street <br />• Precinct #6 - Lino Lakes Fire Station #2, 1710 Birch Street <br />• Precinct #7 - Living Water Lutheran Church, 865 Birch Street <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9tn day of March, 2026. <br />® �k-_ <br />-Ir <br />R b R erty, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
