RESOLUTION NO. 26-28
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPTION AND STRUCTURE
LEASE AGREEMENT, PUBLIC WORKS CELLULAR TOWER
WHEREAS, the City and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("Tenant) entered into an Option and
Structure Lease Agreement, dated June 27, 2025, for facilities located at 1189 Main Street, Lino
Lakes, Minnesota (Public Works property), and
WHEREAS, due to the 2026 Public Works reconstruction project the City and Tennant desire to
amend the Agreement to allow for a Tenant utility relocation, and
WHEREAS, the City and Tennant desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with the First
Amendment to Option and Structure Lease Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the First
Amendment to Option and Structure Lease Agreement, attached hereto at Exhibit A, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of March, 2026.
