CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-25 <br />APPROVING A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR THREE STORES, LLC <br />WHEREAS, Three Stores, LLC (DBA Snak Atack #102) has submitted a tobacco license <br />application for the site located at 7997 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant will be required to pass a background check completed by the <br />Lino Lakes Police Department, make payment of all fees and complete any required city and <br />state application forms as a condition of license approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, that the <br />City hereby approves the issuance of a tobacco license to Three Stores, LLC, with said approval <br />contingent upon the applicant meeting and maintaining all requirements for said license, <br />including but not limited to a successful background check, and payment of all license fees. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91h day of March 2026. <br />Ro R ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
