William Owens. <br />1. Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Meeting and Event Schedule <br />The City Council reviewed the upcoming meeting and special event schedule. <br />4. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed regular meeting agenda for this evening. <br />The FIR & Communications Manager reported that two Police Records Technicians were being <br />recommended for appointment this evening. <br />The City Planner reviewed the land use applications related to the Peltier Ponds development <br />project, scheduled for formal action this evening. <br />5.
