RESOLUTION NO. 26-32
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO
GYPSUM CONSULTING, INC.
WHEREAS, Gypsum Consulting, Inc., located at 1330 Lagoon Ave., Minneapolis, MN
55446, has applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the
City of Lino Lakes and issuance of the permit shall be conditioned on a successful background
check, with no disqualifying events.
1. Andrew Brayfield
WHEREAS, Gypsum Consulting, Inc. has complied with the provisions of Chapter 613 of
the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Gypsum Consulting, Inc. to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of
six (6) months, for a license term completely within the year 2026, conditioned on meeting and
ongoing maintenance of all conditions of the license.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March 2026.
