CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Gooder called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on <br />February 4, 2026. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There was no one present for public comment. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />5. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 5, 2025 MINUTES <br />Mr. Huelman moved to approve the November 5, 2025 meeting minutes. Motion <br />seconded by Mrs. Schmidt. Motion carried 3 – 0. <br />6. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Select Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson <br />Mr. Huelman made a motion to nominate Mr. Gooder as the Chair of the Park Board. <br />Mrs. Schmidt seconded. Motion carried 7 – 0. Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to nominate <br />Mrs. Cutts as the Vice Chair of the Park Board. Mr. Huelman seconded. Motion carried <br />7 – 0. <br />B.
