CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-86 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />ECOSHIELD <br />WHEREAS, EcoShield, 8467 Xerxes Ave. N., Minneapolis, MN 55444, has applied for a <br />solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Carson Henderson <br />2. Emmanuel Berroa <br />WHEREAS, EcoShield will be required to comply with the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license as a condition of issuance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of EcoShield to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) months, <br />for a license term beginning within the year 2026, contingent upon successful completion of all <br />conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on May 26, 2026. <br />114jafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
