CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-87 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT: <br />EAGLE BROOK CHURCH SUMMER EVENTS <br />WHEREAS, Eagle Brook Church has applied for a Special Event Permit for a series of <br />summer events on June 17, July 15 and August 12, 2026; and, <br />WHEREAS, the permit application and plan for the event will be required to be in <br />compliance with city code and regulations as a condition of approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit for the <br />Eagle Brook Church — Rally Night, as presented, contingent upon meeting all city code <br />requirements and conditions. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 26' day of May, 2026. <br />-J&�92r-Lt� <br />afferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />i �lo� <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
