RESOLUTION NO. 26-87
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT:
EAGLE BROOK CHURCH SUMMER EVENTS
WHEREAS, Eagle Brook Church has applied for a Special Event Permit for a series of
summer events on June 17, July 15 and August 12, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, the permit application and plan for the event will be required to be in
compliance with city code and regulations as a condition of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit for the
Eagle Brook Church — Rally Night, as presented, contingent upon meeting all city code
requirements and conditions.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 26' day of May, 2026.
