CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-88 <br />APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB FOR <br />PREPARATION OF WEST SIDE RELIEF SEWER FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes 2040 Comprehensive Plan identifies the need for a <br />sanitary sewer west side relief interceptor; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is planning to reconstruct Sunset Avenue (CR 53) from Apollo <br />Drive (CSAH 12) to Main Street (CSAH 14) in 2027, and <br />WHEREAS, the City is preparing for 2028 Street Reconstruction projects, in areas where <br />the relief interceptor may be located; and <br />WHEREAS, development in the northwestern portion of the City will increase sewer flows <br />necessitating the improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to determine the preferred routing and <br />design alternatives to incorporate into future capital improvement projects; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, City Engineer, has provided a proposal to prepare the West Side Relief <br />Sewer feasibility study, in the amount of $76,714; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Professional Services Agreement with WSB for the West Side Relief Sewer feasibility study is <br />hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the proposal on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27d day of May, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />ti <br />R QRa ferty, Mayor <br />
