RESOLUTION NO. 26-94
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT:
LINO LAKES VOLUNTEERS IN PUBLIC SERVICE (JUNE 14, 2026)
WHEREAS, Lino Lakes Volunteers in Public Service (LLVIPS) has applied for a
Special Event Permit for a Firehouse Family Splash Down event on June 14, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, the permit application and plan for the event will be required to be in
compliance with city code and regulations as a condition of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit for the
LLVIPS June 14, 2026 Firehouse Family Splash Down event, as presented, contingent upon
meeting all city code requirements and conditions.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 261h day of May, 2026.
