RESOLUTION NO. 26-95
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE TO THE 4TH
CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT MN REPUBLICAN PARTY
WHEREAS, the 41h Congressional District MN Republican Party has applied for a
Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for summer event to be held on June 251h of this year; and
WHEREAS, the event site plan will be required to be in compliance with City ordinances
and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
City Council authorizes the issuance of a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to the 4th
Congressional District MN Republican Party for the event planned for June 25, 2026 at 7625 241h
Ave. in Lino Lakes, conditioned upon meeting all license requirements.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 261h day of May 2026.
