CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 6:30 PM. SETTING THE AGENDA The agenda was approved as presented. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS None PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Rafferty opened the public comment period at 6:33 p.m. Jeff Johnson, 6965 Sunrise Drive, Lino Lakes, announced that the Music in the Park program he is organizing kicks off on May 19, 2026. He stated that they will be setting up a trailer. They will direct the music away from the neighboring properties. This program is open to anyone to join in.
