Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Acting Mayor Ruhland called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed the regular agenda for this evening. <br />4. City Administrator Update <br />The City Administrator reported that there are two employee engagement events planned for <br />this year, one in the summer and one in the fall. Past practice has been to close city hall during <br />the event times, and she requested authorization to close city hall during the 2026 event times. <br />uncil Consensus <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to close city hall during the two employee engagement <br />events planned for 2026. <br />Councilmember Nelson asked about the City's position on data centers, given the recent news <br />coverage of the development of data centers across Minnesota. <br />The Community Development Director stated that within our zoning districts, the area along 35E <br />is designated as a tech center area. <br />5.
