RESOLUTION NO. 26-92
APPROVING OTTER CROSSING SOUTH 2ND ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on June 8, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-91 approving
Otter Crossing South 2" d Addition final plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Development Agreement between CLino, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Otter
Crossing South 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement
on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026.
