RESOLUTION NO. 26-99
APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL
EASTER SEALS REAL ESTATE LLC
WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for Goodwill;
and
WHEREAS, the Property is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site
performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Goodwill Easter
Seals Real Estate LLC is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute such agreements on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026.

Legal Description
Parcel 1:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range
22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence South along the east line thereof 495 feet,
thence North 70 degrees 22 minutes West 577.5 feet, thence North 17 degrees West 6.76 feet,
thence East parallel with the north line thereof 7.55 feet, thence Northwesterly to a point on
said north line 630 feet west of said Northeast corner, thence Easterly along said north line to
the point of beginning, except road.
Parcel 2:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range
22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of
said Quarter Quarter, then South along the East line thereof 495 feet, thence North 70 degrees,
22 Minutes West 577.5 feet, thence North 17 degrees West 330 feet more or less to the north
line of said Quarter Quarter and point of beginning, then East along said north line 8.08 feet
more or less to a point 630 feet west of the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter, then
Southeasterly at an angle of 72 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds, as measured from East to
South 315 feet, thence Westerly parallel with the North line of said Quarter Quarter 7.55 feet
more or less to intersect with a line bearing South 17 degrees East from the point of beginning,
then North 17 degrees West along said line to the point of beginning. Except road.
